These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to the Sweet Snacks LLC Customer Communications Program operated by Sweet Snacks LLC, doing business as Kona Ice of Downtown Las Vegas.
Program Description
This SMS program provides direct, one-to-one communications concerning:
- Customer inquiries
- Event availability
- Quotes and pricing
- Booking details
- Scheduling and confirmations
- Event-address or service-time updates
- Arrival and service updates
- Customer support
- Other communications directly related to a customer-requested service
This program is not used for unsolicited marketing messages, promotional blasts, purchased contact lists, lead generation, or third-party advertising.
How You Consent
You consent to receive SMS replies from Sweet Snacks LLC by sending a text message to our published business number:
By initiating the conversation, you are requesting that Sweet Snacks LLC respond by SMS regarding your inquiry, quote, booking, scheduling request, service update, or support matter.
SMS consent applies only to this customer-communications program. Consent is not transferable to another company or program and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Message frequency varies depending on the nature of your inquiry, the status of your booking, and the number of updates or responses required.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and wireless plan. Sweet Snacks LLC does not charge a separate fee for participating in this SMS program.

After you reply STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message. No additional SMS messages will be sent unless you later provide new consent or reply START where supported.
Requests using equivalent carrier-supported opt-out words may also be honored.
